Dinner Delivery Plus has created this privacy statement in order to demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our home page and at every point where personally identifiable information is requested.
What We Collect and Why
Our site's registration form requires users to give us contact information (such as name, phone, and e-mail address). We use customer contact information from the registration form to send the user information about our company, to contact the customer when necessary, and to help display to the user only those services that are available to the user's geographical location. Dinner Delivery Plus will distribute the customer contact information to, and only to, the restaurants with which you have placed an order. When an order for services is entered, the restaurant is sent an e-mail or fax with your order information.
Dinner Delivery Plus will not send a user's e-mail address to the restaurant along with an order. Dinner Delivery Plus will use a customer's e-mail to communicate order confirmations and other account maintenance action, (lost password, registration, etc.). All of these communications will be in response of some customer-initiated action. Dinner Delivery Plus may choose to send users e-mail about Dinner Delivery Plus for quality assurance and customer education purposes. Users may opt-out of receiving these future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below.
Dinner Delivery Plus is the sole owner of the personal information that is collected through its web site. We will share this information with no one except in a manner that is consistent with policies outlined in this document.

This site contains links to other sites. Dinner Delivery Plus is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such Web sites. These other sites might ask for additional user information of which Dinner Delivery Plus has no control. Dinner Delivery Plus does not share our users' information with these other sites, but does pass a Dinner Delivery Plus-specific URL to the outside site, so the site can recognize the user came from Dinner Delivery Plus. Dinner Delivery Plus does expect to receive periodic generalized reports from these other sites that outline aggregate purchases by all users who linked from the Dinner Delivery Plus site. Dinner Delivery Plus does not expect to receive detailed reports on each user's purchases from the other sites.
Other Information
The Dinner Delivery Plus web site logs IP addresses for systems administration purposes. IP addresses are logged to track a user's session. This gives Dinner Delivery Plus an idea of which parts of our site users are visiting.

To ensure that the information we have about you is correct and current, you may review your information at any time by logging into the site and going to My Account. You can then edit address, phone number, email and password by clicking on the edit button.
Opt-Out
As part of our quality initiative, Dinner Delivery Plus will solicit feedback on a monthly basis from those customers that have placed orders within that month, via e-mail. Customers receiving these e-mails will represent a statistical sample of active customers for that month. We definitely appreciate the feedback we receive from these surveys, however we will respect and honor any customer's request not to receive these e-mails. Customers that do not want to receive feedback solicitation e-mails can remove their name from the list by sending a message to info@ddplus.com.
In order to educate our customers on Dinner Delivery Plus and about continual improvements we are making to our service, we may send future e-mails about Dinner Delivery Plus to our customers.
